Size & Layout. Our homes are thoughtfully designed to avoid wasted space. Our entry-level homes are 1500-2200 SF and have 3 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms while our larger luxury homes are 3500-4500 SF with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

Private Outdoor Space. We prioritize fenced-in backyards, private driveways, 1st floor living, 2-car garages, and no HOA.

Energy Efficient. New homes are more energy efficient than older homes. We use fiberglass insulation, radiant barrier roof decking, poly-sealed exterior penetrations, low-E windows, high efficiency appliances and HVAC systems, LED lighting, water-saving plumbing fixtures, and more to ensure your bills stay low.

Warrantied. We take great pride in our work and have a long-term view. This means using durable materials, installing highly rated appliances and fixtures, and not taking shortcuts. Our homes come with a 1-2-6 warranty.
